Wine Storage

The Problem

  • My kitchen is quite messy and disorganized

  • I was using a broken minifridge as a table for the rice cooker, which lacked any additional storage or functionality

​

  • Food was being stored on the floor next to the minifridge, which is less than ideal.

​

  • I didn't have a sweet way to store wine bottles and glasses

The Solution

  • Design a table for the rice cooker that has integrated food and wine glass/bottle storage

​

Details

I wanted the storage unit to be aesthetically pleasing, so after a few sketches, I decided to have the wine glass holder store them upside down, suspended over a rack to hold bottles. All of the pieces were laser cut and fit together without the use of metal fasteners or additional hardware. Cheers!
